Singles Format Rules
General Conduct
- Backseating: During Official Challenges/Matches, giving/receiving any advice or instructions is not allowed.
- Gentleman's Agreement: Rules may be ignored as long as both parties agree. Proof must be provided.
- GLM Ruling & Respect: Gym Leader Managers have the final say on all rulings. Their decisions are to be respected, and any harrassment or disrespectful behavior will result in disciplinary action.
Banned Items, Moves, & Abilities
- BANNED Abilities: Shadow Tag, Arena Trap.
- BANNED Moves: Baton Pass, Shed Tail, Last Respects, all OHKO moves.
- BANNED Items: King's Rock.
- Additional BANS: Items, Moves, and Abilities that ONLY affect Evasion or Accuracy are banned.
Teambuilding Clauses
- Item Clause: Maximum of 1 Focus Sash, and a maximum of 2 of any other single item.
- Sleep Clause: Only one enemy Pokémon may be put to sleep at a time.
- Species Clause: You cannot use more than one Pokémon with the same National Dex Number.
- Tier Clause: Teams may use up to 2 Pokémon from the Limited/Semi-Limited Lists, with a maximum of 1 from the Limited List.
